Towers Realty Group's Summer Sweep contest is for new tenants of Towers Realty Group who have signed their lease between July 1, 2021 and August 31, 2021 only (not applicable to sublets/assignments). Each tenant signing a lease within the above time period will receive one entry into a random draw, only lease holders will be entered to win, occupants will not qualify for entry. The draw will take place at the Towers Realty Group Office on September 1, 2021 and winners will be announced on Towers Realty Group's Facebook and Instagram on September 3, 2021. Winners will be contacted directly to make arrangements to claim their prizes and all prizes will be distributed by September 30, 2021.

For current residents, Towers Realty Group will be giving away 5 prizes of $1,000.
For every resident referral received between July 1, 2021 and August 31, 2021 residents will receive not only $250.00 rent credit for their successful referral, but also one entry for a chance to win an additional rent credit in the amount of $1,000.00.
How it works:
If you are a current resident in a Towers Realty Group property, download the Referral Bonus Form from our website or stop by our office to pick one up. Once your friend or family member has found a Towers property to their liking, they must fill in the applicant section of the form and include it with their application package. If your friend’s application is accepted and they have moved in and lived there for one calendar month, you will receive a $250 rent credit + one entry into our draw and a chance to win 1 of 5 additional rent credits in the amount of $1,000.00 each. One entry for each referral, no limit to how many residents you can refer.
It's that simple!
The completed referral bonus form must be submitted at the time of the prospective tenant’s application. In order to receive a Referral Bonus, the resident making the referral must be a resident in good standing. Rent must be paid up to date and the resident must have a history of paying their rent on time. This offer is not valid where the apartment being applied for is a sublet or assignment of tenancy and is only applicable to standard residential tenancy agreements. Rent credit will be added to your after your referee has resided in their suite for one calendar month.
